How can I pay?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal — whichever is easiest for you.
What are the delivery/shipping charges?
A flat rate delivery charge applies to all UK orders, placed per order rather than per item. Please note that orders containing products over 100ml must be sent by courier — courier charges will be applied at checkout accordingly. If you're outside the UK, please get in touch and we'll discuss the best options for you. Please do not forget to include shipping otherwise we can not process your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, we'll send you a confirmation email. As your order is being prepared, we'll keep you updated — and once it's on its way, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the journey.
What’s the turnaround time for made-to-order products?
Every order is bespoke and hand made with care, so please allow up to two weeks from the date of your order to delivery. We'll always keep you informed along the way — and if anything changes, you'll hear from us directly.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
If you change your mind, please let us know within 48 hours of placing your order to cancel. If you're not completely happy with your order once it arrives, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
Please let us know within 14 days of your purchase if you are not satisfied as you will be entitled to a refund.
