Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at [email] and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Processing & dispatch times

All Scent of Adventure products are made in small batches in Hampshire. Because many of our products are made to order, please allow the following timeframes from the date of your order:

Standard SoA Edit products 3–5 working days

Made-to-order candles & diffusers. Up to 2 weeks

Bespoke & personalised orders. Agreed at time of order

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent.

Delivery options & costs

Standard Royal Mail Tracked 48. 2–3 working days after dispatch £4.95

Royal Mail Tracked 24 1–2 working days after dispatch £5.95

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other courier services outside our control.

Fragile items

All candles and reed diffusers are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item on arrival and contact us within 48 hours at [email]. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the item is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage costs may apply.

Order tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order directly on the Royal Mail website at royalmail.com.
